It’s time for new heads on the banjos. I’ve put it off as long as I can. That means they’ll be getting new strings too. I’m getting my ’76 RB250 ready to sell, so if you know of anyone that’s interested, please have them email me or message me on Facebook. It’s a good banjo and I am the original owner. In a way, I hate to part with it.
And take a look at this bad boy!! It’s a Kala U-Bass. It kinda looks like a toy, but it’s a real, bad bass. Although it requires an amplifier, it sounds amazingly close to an upright acoustic. And it’s a hoot to play. It just makes you smile. Works great for the studio work I’m doing. Thanks to my buddy @Phil Elery for helping me out with this.
